The Time's They Are A Changin'

Well the time has come. Ada has been good to me but it's time to move on.

After weeks of seeking vision and direction for my life here, nothing ever clicked, no vision was given. Then I spent a weekend away with some very wise people, and an evening over coffee with another wise friend and I've decided to move to the great state of Texas.

All plans are tentative and I have no job, nor do I have a place to live, but I plan on going to seminary in Ft. Worth and being a part of a church that I admire quite a bit.

God is good and He will provide all that I need and I'm ready to see life in a new light.

Wow, Texas and Seminary! I understand tentative, so I'll wait to ask a million questions later. Okay, except for this one: Are you going to be at the Cousin Get Together on the 13th at Dan and Carolyn's house?

I think I'll be there.

Yeah, I don't have anything set in stone yet, but as soon as I do I'll update here.

See you guys the 13th!!!

I've spent the last half hour or so reading your blogs. You're an excellent writer, very transparent and authentic. I just have to say you are one amazing guy, Jared. God truly blessed this world when He put you in it. And I feel blessed to have watched you grow up. (That makes me feel old.) I hope Maverick has a big brother figure like you some day, someone full of passion, even if one of those passions is for coffee. :)
